DBAs, sysadmins, developers, managers

Abstract:

In this session we will discuss the best practices for managing a database environment created in Azure, what are the available monitoring tools to start a troubleshooting process and how to find and resolve potential performance problems.

Why I Want to Present This Session:

I’m a MVP (Data Platform) in Brazil and I’m focusing all my work in discuss and share some knowledge on Azure now.

Hi, and thanks for the abstract!

I would define the target audience a little better. Do they need to know how to write T-SQL queries to hit DMVs, for example? Can you be more specific about what they already need to know, and what they’re going to learn?

Have to agree with Brent on this one. I have no idea what to expect from this session, what level it’s targeting, or what I can expect to take away.
